- CRÉNOLIA SAS, private chauffeur service (VTC) based in Paris 18th, operating since 2019.

- Vehicle: a 100% electric vehicle with a panoramic roof, for up to 4 passengers and 3 large suitcases (plus cabin bags).
- Languages: French and English.
- Available 24/7, by reservation only.
Important rules when answering customers
The prices below apply only to the routes exactly as listed. For any other trip (another pickup or drop-off address outside Paris, several combined trips, long distance), no price should be given: CRÉNOLIA confirms the exact rate itself, quickly.
No booking is confirmed and no payment is requested before CRÉNOLIA’s confirmation.
For more than 4 passengers or 3 large suitcases, a suitable solution is offered on request.

Other services: point-to-point rides within Paris and the inner suburbs at €25 + €2/km; chauffeur by the hour at €70/hour (2-hour minimum); long distance on quotation.
What is included
- Meet and greet with a name sign, and real-time flight tracking.
- 60 minutes of free waiting time at the airport after landing.
- Tolls, luggage assistance, water, Wi-Fi and chargers on board.
- Free child seats on request, to be specified when booking with the child’s age.
Payment
- Online booking: full secure payment at the time of booking, by credit card or PayPal.
- Booking via WhatsApp: full payment, or a 30% deposit to confirm the booking, through a secure payment link sent by CRÉNOLIA. The balance is paid to the chauffeur at the start of the ride, in cash or by card, at the customer’s choice.
- The cancellation fees below remain due even if they exceed the deposit paid.
Cancellation policy
- More than 24 hours before pickup: free cancellation.
- Between 24 hours and 4 hours before: 50% of the amount.
- Less than 4 hours before, or no-show: 100% of the amount.
