Terms & Conditions – CRÉNOLIA (AYIZANA)


General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale

ARTICLE 1 — PURPOSE

These General Terms and Conditions define the terms and conditions of use and sale of the private passenger transport (VTC) services offered by CRÉNOLIA.

ARTICLE 2 — BOOKING AND CANCELLATION

2.1 Booking

Any order is firm and final once confirmed in writing or electronically by our services.

2.2 Cancellation fees

  • More than 24h before pickup: free cancellation, full refund.
  • Between 24h and 4h before: 50% of the service price is due.
  • Less than 4h before or No-Show: 100% of the service price is charged.

ARTICLE 3 — ON-BOARD RULES AND SAFETY

Animals: For hygiene reasons, pets are not accepted. Only assistance dogs (guide dogs) are accepted at no additional charge.

Wearing a seatbelt is mandatory. Any damage (soiling, material damage) will result in a flat-rate charge of €150 incl. tax minimum for restoration costs.

ARTICLE 4 — LOST PROPERTY

CRÉNOLIA accepts no liability for the loss, theft or forgetting of personal items in the vehicles. However, if an item is found by the chauffeur:

  • The item will be held at the company’s registered office for a period of 30 days.
  • At the Client’s request, the item may be returned to an address of their choice, at the Client’s sole expense (shipping costs and a flat handling fee of €20).
  • After 30 days, unclaimed items will be handed over to the Prefecture’s lost property office or donated to charities.

ARTICLE 5 — CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND CONTENT

The Client may be invited to leave a review of the service provided (Google Business, website, partner platforms, etc.).

  • The Client undertakes to write a sincere, constructive and respectful review.
  • CRÉNOLIA reserves the right to moderate or report any insulting, defamatory or indecent content.
  • By publishing a review, the Client authorizes CRÉNOLIA to use it for promotional purposes on its communication materials.

ARTICLE 6 — RATES AND PAYMENT

Rates include legal VAT. A free waiting allowance is granted: 10 minutes in the city and 45 minutes at stations and airports. Beyond this allowance, waiting time is charged at €0.80 incl. tax per minute.

ARTICLE 7 — PERSONAL DATA (GDPR)

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), your personal data is collected and used solely to process your bookings. You have the right to access, rectify, delete and object to your data. For more details, see our Privacy Policy or contact us at contact@crenolia.com.

ARTICLE 8 — MEDIATION AND DISPUTES

In the event of a complaint, the Client must first contact CRÉNOLIA by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, in order to seek an amicable solution.

In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, if no satisfactory response is received within 30 days, the consumer Client may use a consumer mediator free of charge. The details of the competent mediator will be provided to the Client on request and will appear here upon completion of our membership.

Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute will be brought before the Commercial Court of Paris (for professionals) or before the competent court of the defendant’s domicile or the place of performance (for consumers).
