- Trip data: Pickup and destination addresses, dates and times.
- Transactional data: Information relating to payments processed via our secure partners Stripe and PayPal (CRÉNOLIA does not store any bank details).
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and browsing data via Google Analytics.
3. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
Your data is processed for the following reasons:
- Performance of the transport contract (booking management and invoicing).
- Communication regarding your trips (confirmation SMS or email).
- Improvement of our services and visit statistics.
- Compliance with our legal and accounting obligations.
4. DATA RECIPIENTS
Your data is strictly intended for CRÉNOLIA. It may only be shared with:
- Our chauffeurs or partners responsible for carrying out your trip.
- Our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal).
- Administrative or judicial authorities if required by law.
No personal data is sold or rented to third parties.
5. DATA RETENTION
- Customer data: Kept for the entire duration of the commercial relationship, then 3 years for commercial follow-up purposes.
- Accounting data: Kept for 10 years, in accordance with the French Commercial Code.
- Cookies: Maximum lifespan of 13 months.

You have the following rights: access, rectification, erasure (right to be forgotten), objection to processing, and data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us by email at contact@crenolia.com.

7. SECURITY AND LIABILITY
We implement security measures to protect your data. However, as absolute security on the Internet does not exist, the Client uses the site at their own risk. CRÉNOLIA cannot be held liable for errors or the presence of viruses on its site.
8. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND COOKIES
Our site uses Google Analytics cookies to optimize the user experience. You can configure your browser to refuse them. We are not responsible for the privacy policies of third-party sites accessible via hyperlinks on our site.
